Shipping & Delivery Process:
At Modieva, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience across the UAE. All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation and are shipped through our trusted courier partners within the UAE.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email notification with the tracking details.
At the time of delivery, customers are required to provide proof of delivery by signing the courier receipt or confirming delivery through OTP (if applicable).
Please ensure your mobile number and address are correct to avoid delivery delays.
We will clearly show the full price, shipping, duties (if any), terms of delivery, and any applicable charges before you place an order. Transparency is required by UAE law.
Delivery is deemed complete when the goods are handed over to you or your nominated address and you have signed/acknowledged receipt (or as confirmed by courier status).
Ownership and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
