Payment Confirmation Process
After a successful transaction, customers will receive an instant payment confirmation via E-mail and/or SMS to the contact details provided during checkout.
This confirmation will include:

  • Order Number

  • Payment Amount

  • Payment Method

  • Order Summary

  • Expected Delivery Timeline

Online Payments: Payment confirmation is sent instantly, usually within 1–2 minutes after the payment is approved.

Upstream team Kindly confirm if we can include this in the email confirmation sent with the invoice from the website instantly once payment is successful to the customer’s email address. We will provide you the Invoice template which needs to be incorporated in the website where we will mention the above details in the invoice and send the invoice to the customer once the payment is successful and order is placed.

Failed or Pending Transactions
If a payment fails or remains pending, customers will receive an SMS/Email alert notifying them of the issue. The order will be placed on hold until payment is successfully completed. If you believe the payment was deducted but not confirmed, please contact our support team for verification with the payment reference number.
